Projeto Tradução BEU
Estava pensando num projeto que é produtivo para a comunidade e para o sucesso dos brasileiros(as) aqui nos EUA, e pensei numa empreitada voltada à traduções coletivas...
Inicialmente havia pensado num livro, onde faríamos aqui a discussão da escolha (possivelmente usando um os livros disponíveis no Google Scholar/Books), dividiríamos os capítulos, e faríamos os trabalhos de tradução propriamente ditos.
Posteriormente, pensei que talvez um livro seja muito complexo... nesse sentido algo mais simples como um artigo seria mais interessante. Poderíamos criar áreas em que o projeto foca como: culinária, immigração, política, esportes etc.
Veja, que traduções de textos podem ser facilmente obtidas em diversos web sites da internet, contudo esse processo não nos ensina como realmente expandir nosso entendimento da língua... é só quando colocamos nossas mentes no processo de aprendizado que a educação ganha sentido... afinal, nem sempre temos um computador ao nosso alcance...
Ó que acham ? Para quem achar artigos muito complexos podemos trabalhar em parágrafos... como que nossas traduções diárias hehehe

No limite, tudo isso depende da força de vontade de cada um em forçar sua mente à algo mais disciplinado e com um propósito que pode concretamente trazer benefícios para essa pessoa...
Poderíamos fazer isso individualmente, em nossas próprias casas... Mas tem coisa mais interessante que trabalhar coletivamente !!!!???? Ou seja, é de fato um exercício de inteligência coletiva...

A idéia do projeto é algo dessa natureza... pode começar pequeno, mas a possibilidade de expansão e a constituição de algo mais complexo sempre existe...
A tradução de parágrafos são praticas que realizamos individualmente mas onde expomos nosso trabalho coletivamente de forma a manter a motivação... claro podemos trazer dúvidas, idéias ou sugestões que nos apareceram...
A tradução de um artigo possibilita a divisão da "tarefa" entre os interessados... depois que realizamos as traduções dos parágrafos que somos responsáveis, podemos colar tudo e analisar como ficou... aí podemos fazer a edição juntos...

Mas é necessário que as pessoas interessadas expressem suas opiniões e participem...
Penso que os projetos de tradução de artigos ideais para todos que estão com o inglês mais básicos por assim dizer... estamos abertos a todos os tipos de idéias e sugestões...

O que precisamos definir agora é o texto que vamos trabalhar juntos... meu voto continua para a "Constituição dos EUA"...
Poderíamos começar com o "Article I" e cada membro do projeto seria responsável por 3 parágrafos por semana. No momento temos 9 pessoas interessadas, isso quer dizer que até semana que vem poderemos cobrir 27 parágrafos !
Considerando que o número de pessoas participando tende a aumentar, podemos terminar tradução da constituição em poucos meses...

Ao fazer o trabalho de tradução devemos trazer para o grupo dúvidas/sugestões que possam contribuir para a melhoria do projeto.
É um trabalho de equipe, então se alguém tem alguma dificuldade em alguma palavra ou verbo não se envergonhe de trazer sua dúvida ao grupo, de forma que podemos exercitar nossas transferências de conhecimentos...

Mas penso que o "Projeto Tradução BEU" possibilita, imagino uma interação mais clara dos membros, já que o produto final, nesse caso a tradução da "Constituição dos EUA" um triumfo de trabalho conjunto...

So mesmo uma opiniao, se ate agora temos 12 pessoas interessadas a participar e se vamos cada um trabalhar em 3 paragrafos por semana sendo assim 36 paragrafos total, vc nao acha que seria muito para se discutir em uma semana? Tipo debater sobre as duvidas, discutir palavras novas, trocar ideias sobre os paragrafos?
Nao sei, mas vamos ver ate o final da semana quantas pessoas entram no grupo e ai definimos quantos paragrafos podemos trabalhar. A ideia e' super, creio que praticando se aprende muito, mas tambem temos pessoas que adorariam participar que nao tem um nivel de ingles mais avancado, assim se nao fosse tanta informacao de uma so vez seria mais facil para todos acompanharem. Tenho certeza que quando terminarmos esse projeto vamos ter masi membros interessados a participar do proximo.

1) a primeira para a tradução dos 3 parágrafos (onde já podemos ir levantando nossas dúvidas e idéias aqui no tópico);
2) e a segunda seria para uma edição mais detalhada do material desenvolvido, de forma que cobrimos pontos de dúvidas, e podemos ajudar todos que possivelmente tenham um nível de ingles mais básico.
Acredito que é o espírito de grupo que deve prevalecer... não podemos deixar ninguém pra trás...

Cada parágrafo vai contar um número (1,2,3,4,5...); alguém tem alguma dúvida como contar os parágrafos ?
A idéia são 3 parágrafos por membro, contudo alguns parágrafos são muito grandes, e não queremos sobrecarregar o povo, então os parágrafos grandes vão contar como 3 (os parágrafos grandes são os de ordem: 4,8,23,41,51, 52, 53). O parágrafo 4 é MEGA GRANDE então vou dividi-lo em dois.
Os parágrafos vão ser distribuiídos aos membros na seguinte ordem:

A idéia inicial era dividir 3 parágrafos por pessoa, mas como os parágrafos variam muito de tamanho tentei manter um certo número de frases por pessoa. Algumas pessoas receberam um poquinho mais e outras um pouquinho menos, mas com o tempo vamos aprendendo formas melhor de divisão...
