Achei meu segundo paragrafo um pouco confuso ..acho que ele pode ser melhorado...e toda ajuda sera bem vinda. Tentei "organizar uma pontuacao diferente, mas nao sou boa nisso...
Fiquei na duvida quanto a traducao da palavra House e Bill e optei pela traducao de Orlei que usou Camara e Projeto.
Uma curiosidade pra mim foram as palavras Yeas e Nays..nunca havia lido alguma coisa que aparecesse nessa forma.

Ah tá... agora entendi seu ponto, as chamadas "post road" que na época eram os caminhos estabelecidos pelo governo para entrega das correspondências/correio não seriam "agencias de transito" como traduzido pela querida Kathy...
Como poderiamos traduzir então ? veja que muitas dessas post roads se transformaram em free ways com o passar dos anos... segue novamente a passagem em inglês:

referente ao que postei, eu só queria expor que no caso da traduçao de um documentos tão antigo, deve haver uma atençao em nao se ater somente a lingua em si, mas o enquadramento historico da traduçao.
uma forma de compatibilizar e simplificar a traducao da palavra road em seu contexto temporal da epoca seria substitui-la por rota. "rota postal" resolveria o problema.
outra coisa que me chamou a atencao (eu so olhei a traduçao da kathy) foi o fato dela mesma dar a conclusao daquele paragrafo traduzido por ela como revisado.
